Reservation Policy

Since our business depends solely upon seasonal revenue, our reservation policy is intended to be fair to all of our guests. Once a guest reserves a unit, we remove that unit from the market, refusing all other requests for it. A PARTIAL NON-REFUNDABLE PRE-PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME THE RESERVATION IS MADE BY CREDIT CARD IF YOU BOOK ONLINE. We do accept checks for pre-payments if you call to make your reservation. Checks must be received within 7 days of making your reservation, otherwise you will automatically be cancelled. Stays of less than 7 nights require a 50% pre-payment at the time reservation is made and are NON-REFUNDABLE. Stays of 7 nights or more require a 30% pre-payment at the time reservation is made and are NON-REFUNDABLE. Death, illness, family emergency are not exceptions, they are life problems. NO EXCEPTIONS to this reservation policy.

 

Some minimum stays may be required during peak season

 

We are not responsible for fishing conditions, weather conditions or personal emergencies. Late arrivals and early departures will be charged for all days reserved . Emergency early departures are non-refundable.

All reservations are due upon arrival by Cash, Check, Visa/MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

CHECK IN--AFTER 3:00 P.M. or LATER
(the office is closed on Saturdays in July and August until 3:00 pm)

CHECK OUT--BEFORE 10:00 A.M.
